2. Damaged or Defective Products

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@regeneraskincare.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

• We will gladly replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost to you.

• Standard shipping times vary by destination (average: 3–7 business days within the U.S.; 7–21 business days for international orders).

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once an order has been shipped, Regenera is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance.
