What we saw in the market was disheartening. Most so-called anti-aging products focused on surface fixes or harsh interventions—offering temporary results at the cost of long-term skin health. So we set out to change that.

Dr. Lucia Calvisi
Co-Founder and Director of Science
Dr. Lucia Calvisi is a Board-Certified Medical Dermatologist with a deep focus on Aesthetic Dermatology, Preventive Dermatology, and Regenerative Medicine. After graduating with highest honors in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Cagliari, she completed her specialization in Dermatology—also with distinction—and advanced her training across Italy, Europe, and the United States.
Recognized for her precise and natural approach to treatments such as injectables, chemical peels, and laser therapies, Dr. Calvisi works in alignment with the skin’s innate intelligence—enhancing beauty without compromising individuality. Her work is grounded in the belief that true skin health comes from within, and that medicine should support the body’s own regenerative capacity.
This philosophy led her to co-found Regenera—a venture driven by her commitment to advancing a more integrative, future-oriented vision of skincare rooted in regeneration.
Through her clinical work, research, and international speaking engagements, she continues to shape the future of dermatology and regenerative aesthetics.
